Beef

All of our beef is grass fed and naturally reared. The beef which we provide is Heifer beef from breeds such as; Aberdeen angus and Limousin. These breeds produce a natural marbling giving the meat that extra taste and tenderness, so you receive a finer product.

All of our beef steaks are hung to mature for up to 36 days ensuring a fantastic taste. Please note that all weights are approximate.
