Special minced chicken
£15.00 per kg
Our standing offer on chicken mince: 1.3kg (3lb) for £15, minced here on the premises. Lighter than beef or pork mince but every bit as useful, and it takes seasoning extremely well.
Good for burgers, meatballs, Thai-style larb, a lighter bolognese or dumpling fillings. Because it's lean it wants a bit of help — a spoon of oil in the pan and don't overcook it. Three 1lb bags or four smaller ones; leave a note with your order.

Very lean, so add a spoon of oil to the pan. Brown it properly and stop as soon as it is cooked through.
Serves 9–10 at 125–150g per person. One 1lb bag serves 3–4.
