A coarse peppery blend for rubbing into steak before it hits the pan. Season generously and let it sit for a few minutes so it adheres before cooking. Also good on chops, burgers and chicken.
Season 10 min before cooking so it adheres. Do not season a wet steak — pat it dry first or the crust will not form.
