Crispy chicken burger
Coated chicken burger that cooks up properly crisp.

Chicken breast in a seasoned crisp coating, ready to cook. Bake or shallow fry until the coating is golden and the chicken cooked through. Serve in a toasted bun with lettuce, mayonnaise and pickles. Far better than anything from a drive-through and you know what is in it.
Oven-bake at 200°C on a rack for 20–25 min so the underside crisps too.
