Made here from beef rather than pork, with a deeper, meatier flavour and a firmer texture. A proper option for anyone avoiding pork, and a good sausage in its own right. Cook slowly, turning, until browned all over. Excellent with mash and a rich onion gravy.
Medium heat, 15–18 min. Beef sausages are leaner than pork, so do not let them go too far or they dry.
