Our sweet mince pies in a box, ready for the fridge, the office or the visitors who turn up unannounced in December. Warm through and serve with cream or brandy butter.
Warm at 160°C for 8 min. Do not go hotter or the sugar in the filling boils out through the pastry.
1–2 per person. For visitors over Christmas, allow 2 per head.
