Our standing offer on pork mince: 1.3kg (3lb) for £16, minced on the premises from pork we've broken down ourselves. Pork mince carries more fat than beef, which is exactly why it works so well. It keeps meatballs and burgers moist where beef mince dries out, and it's the backbone of a proper ragù.
