Sticky Banana pudding - 390g

Oven, from chilled: take off the sleeve and lid. Heat in a preheated oven at 190°C (gas mark 5) for 15–20 minutes. Waitrose lists the same.
Microwave, from chilled: put about a quarter of the pud on a microwaveable dish. Heat on high for 40 seconds (cat D / 750W).
