Mexican chilli rolls
A spicy twist on the traditional beef olive
Made on sire, the slices of beef rolled around a spiced chilli sausage coated with a warming Argentina chilli sauce. Serve with rice, wedges or a crisp salad. A useful thing to have in the fridge when you want something more interesting on the tastebuds.
Cook in a preheated oven at 180° for 30 minutes
