Our own sausage meat in flaky pastry.
Made with the sausage meat we produce ourselves, wrapped in pastry and baked here. The difference between one of ours and a supermarket one comes down to what is in the filling. Good warm or cold, and always better warm.
200°C for 20–25 min on a preheated tray. Best served warm rather than hot straight from the oven.
